Intrashift is a mixed-use residential building in Rosario, Argentina that responds to the dynamic corner condition of the site and the history of the city through shifting and aligning volumes to the different city grids.
The central bar comprises residential units and the volumes that shift away hold different programs such as office spaces and a hotel.
Within the voids created from the shifting volumes, lie the outdoor amenity spaces that serve the community. These spaces aim to bring the street culture of Rosario into the building with gardens, markets, bars, and restaurants.
